The preferential policy of 25% joint downward floating rate injects a powerful engine into the energy supply guarantee of "Xinjiang Coal Outlet. It is reported that the policy will take effect from April 16 to June 30, focusing on benefiting the downstream users of "Xinjiang coal into Ningxia" and "Xinjiang coal into Gansu" in Gansu and Ningxia areas, which will greatly enhance the competitiveness of "Xinjiang coal transportation.
Zhao Yongguang, deputy chief economist of Xinjiang Energy Co., Ltd. of the State Energy Group, said that the policy formulated by the two bureaus of Wu Tie and Lan Tie to support the floating of the freight rate of "Xinjiang Coal Transportation" will effectively reduce the comprehensive transportation cost, solve the bottleneck problem of "Xinjiang Coal Transportation" cross-bureau "stuck neck" and activate a strong engine for the increment of "Xinjiang Coal Transportation. In the future, Xinjiang Coal can participate more deeply in the national coal market, have the conditions to compete with Shaanxi Coal, Mongolian Coal and Shanxi Coal, and can change the supply pattern of the coal market in the northwest region.
