The company was registered and established in Hong Kong in 2021 and is now affiliated with Heilongjiang Guopai Trading Group, with an office located in the Moscow CBD area of Russia.
At the beginning of its establishment, the company mainly imported Russian coal through ports in Suifenhe, Tongjiang, Manzhouli, Inner Mongolia, Hunchun, Jilin, and coastal ports in China, serving coal enterprises in northeastern and southern coastal provinces and cities. In 2024, the company will invest in the construction of an oil mill in Nakhodka, Russia, and plans to put it into operation in the second half of the year.
The company has established friendly and stable cooperative relationships with many of Russia's top 100 enterprises, including the famous Atomic Energy Group, Far East Wood Industry Federation, Rosa Grain Production and Processing Enterprise in Altai region, Novosibirsk Energy Group, Kusbas Energy Federation, Siberian Anthracite Group, etc.
