The company will purchase at least 10% of its total processing raw materials through the exchange.
According to the exchange, several major companies in the agricultural and food sectors have joined the trading platform this year: Prioskolye Company began holding commodity auctions at the end of July; and earlier, following a directive from the Federal Antimonopoly Service, Russian Agribusiness Group and Cherkizovo Group also began offering their products on the platform. Major buyers at the commodity auctions also include Russian Grain Company, Agro-Sira Group, Ekoniva Group, and N.I. Tkachev Agro-Complex.
The National Commodity Exchange launched the calculation of exchange indices for sunflower seeds, rapeseed, and manganese oils in December of last year. This indicator, calculated and published daily, reflects the market price per ton of sunflower or rapeseed for a minimum of 100 tons of sunflower or rapeseed sold at processing facilities in the Kursk Oblast on a delivery/freight paid basis.
Last year, the volume of agricultural products traded on the National Commodity Exchange increased 1.5 times to 3 million tons. In terms of value, it increased 44% to 72 billion rubles.

Rapeseed meal prices nationwide may remain volatile after the National Day holiday
On September 5th, at the beginning of the month, the Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement extending the anti-dumping investigation on imported canola seed originating from Canada to March 9, 2026. This move has far-reaching implications for the domestic canola meal market. Furthermore, since August 14th, importers have been required to provide customs with a 75.8% margin. The extension of the anti-dumping investigation has further exacerbated uncertainty in the canola meal market.
The CEC's latest "CECI Index Analysis Weekly Report" (Issue 34, 2025) shows that this week (September 5th to September 11th, hereinafter the same), the average daily power generation of included coal-fired power generation enterprises decreased by 5.0% compared to the previous month (August 29th to September 48th, hereinafter the same), with the main declines occurring in Northeast China (-21.1%) and Central China (-11.3%). This represents a year-on-year decrease of 15.6%. Daily coal consumption decreased by 5.9% month-on-month and 16.3% year-on-year. Review of the Rapeseed Market from September 11th to 18th Last Week
Key Insights of This Week: The rapeseed market saw mixed performance this week: rapeseed oil prices rose, while rapeseed meal prices fell. China's continued anti-dumping deposit policy on Canadian rapeseed imports has essentially stagnated imports of Canadian rapeseed. Australian rapeseed, with the earliest shipment date around November and arrival not expected until December, is expected to remain tight in the fourth quarter. The approaching peak oil consumption season is driving rapeseed oil prices upward. As aquaculture enters its off-season, cooler temperatures slow fish growth, significantly reducing feed demand. This weakens the rigid demand for rapeseed meal, leading to a decline in rapeseed meal prices.
During the rapeseed harvest, the crop yield exceeded last year's levels
According to OleoScope's latest data, the rapeseed harvest in Russia, including new regions, reached 1.14 million hectares as of September 12, representing 38% of the planned area.
