In 2003, the first subsidiary of the group, Suifenhe Hengda Trade and Economic Co., Ltd., was established, mainly engaged in the import and sale of Russian coal;
In 2019, Heilongjiang Wanhaote Trade and Economic Co., Ltd. was established, further expanding the scale of Russian coal import and sale;
In 2020, Heilongjiang Yuhong Energy Co., Ltd., Heilongjiang Yutong Supply Chain Management Service Co., Ltd., and Harbin Wanbo Huihuang Supply Chain Co., Ltd. were established in succession, with business expanded to agricultural products import and export, chemical products export, container logistics import and export, and other fields;
In 2021, Hong Kong Top Energy Development Co., Ltd. was established, further expanding the scale of business and the fields involved;
In 2022, the coal shipping business was launched, importing Russian coal through the Far Eastern ports of Russia and selling it to major ports across the country;
In 2023, the Guopai Group Co., Ltd. was officially established, with annual Russian coal imports exceeding 1.2 million tons and turnover exceeding 700 million yuan.
